Naa (Chief) Ife Bell Her Royal Majesty Zosimli Naa of Dagbon is the first and only African American female subdivisional chief in the Kingdom of Dagbon. She leads with purpose, blending tradition and modern leadership and fostering transformation locally and globally. Through collaborative leadership and the framework of friendship, she drives impact across education, health, culture, and trade. Her work with Chiefs, Elders, and Civic Leaders in Ghana and the United States, specifically Tamale, Northern Ghana, and Louisville, KY, establishes her as a prominent global leader.

She was honored with the royal title of Zosimli Naa of Dagbon and enskinned by the Gulkpenaa by order of the Yaa Naa on October 12, 2022, in Tamale, Ghana, during the flagship program "Seeding the Future" organized by The Office of Zosimli Naa. This program, implemented in partnership with the Louisville Sister Cities and Tamale Sister Cities Committees, showcased the historic collaboration between Louisville, KY, USA, and Tamale, Ghana, spanning 45 years under the leadership of the late Zosimli Naa Dr. Susan Herlin and now Zosimli Naa of Dagbon Ife Bell Tigpaya.

With a global presence, Naa (Chief) Ife Bell has captivated audiences worldwide, ranging from heads of state and world leaders to executives, community leaders, and civic figures, leaving an indelible mark each time. As a leader, Chief Bell transcends mere rhetoric; she ignites life-altering change. Her mission is profound: to help individuals authentically connect life and leadership, unlocking freedom and cultivating hope in every facet of their lives. At the heart of her philosophy lies the guiding wisdom: 'Leadership is a Lifestyle,' reflecting her unwavering commitment to unleashing the highest level of leadership potential within all of us, your inner chief.

Naa (Chief) Ife Bell's commitment to empowering individuals and communities transcends borders. As the visionary Founder and President of Strategy and Possibilities at To Be Consulting Co., and the guiding force behind The Office of Zosimli Naa, she embodies a rich tapestry of cultural diversity and leadership presence. Championing human-centered development and community empowerment, Chief Ife Bell's transformative initiatives have flourished. From groundbreaking initiatives to leading diverse teams and creating innovative development programs, her leadership has resulted in significant impacts, including executing an annual budget of over $5 million for educational impact and spearheading the 2022 Seeding the Future Program in Tamale, Ghana, which generated over half a million dollars in economic impact.

As a strategic royal advisor in the Kingdom of Dagbon, Naa (Chief) Bell has been instrumental in leading international trade, cultural exchanges, and education initiatives, bridging communities globally. Her leadership in initiatives like the 'Seeding the Future' in Tamale, Ghana, which generated over half a million dollars in economic impact, the 2030 Strategic Plan, and her latest project, the TOZN 'Her Tomorrow Movement', which is on track to transform the lives of 30,000 women and girls by 2030. Her Royal Majesty connects both communities, fostering cross-cultural collaboration. She promotes Northern Ghana as the "North Star," highlighting its rich heritage and economic opportunities. She connects communities through programs hosted in partnership with her traditional palace, such as Sister Cities, African Professional Network, Kentucky African Women Association, and various speaking engagements for leadership dialogues and cultural exchanges, linking Tamale, Ghana, and Louisville, KY to the world. As a global diplomat, she builds sustainable partnerships, enhances diplomacy, and preserves heritage internationally. Focusing on four pillars—education, health, business, and culture—Her Royal Majesty empowers communities through cross-border trade, education initiatives, and health access improvements.
Chief Bell's dedication to empowering women, girls, and youth is evident in every aspect of her work. As a cultural innovator, she seamlessly blends Western ideologies with African philosophies, leveraging contemporary innovation and technology that shifts us from moments of sameness to a movement of fresh perspectives and sustainable solutions. Her passion inspires others to embrace the power of leading from within, driving revolutionary change in communities locally and worldwide.

Pursuing a doctoral degree, Naa (Chief) Ife Bell infuses her work with scholarly depth, amplifying her influence as a global thought leader. Currently focusing her research on understanding how professional Black women navigate accessing developmental opportunities to support career progression, she brings a unique perspective to global dialogues on culture, leadership, and community development.
